Every client. One console.
macup gives MSPs a Mac-first backup product they can actually resell: multi-tenant, channel-friendly, with a real console.
No card required
See every client. Drill into any one.
Your top-level view shows every tenant org you manage with its device count, backup health, and billing status. Click into a tenant to see individual Macs. Delegate a per-tenant admin to your client's IT contact if they want visibility. You see everything; each client only sees their own fleet.
Per-device, channel-friendly, transparent.
Volume pricing by fleet size. One invoice per month. Per-tenant allocation report for your PSA billing run. Reassignment across tenants supported. If you move a client off your books, you choose whether the licenses follow them or return to your pool.
Integrations shipping through 2026 Q4.

How does MSP pricing work?
Custom per-device pricing with channel discount scaled to fleet size. Billing consolidates across all your tenants — one invoice per month, allocation report for your PSA. Starts at 50 managed devices.
Can I white-label the client-facing dashboard?
White-labeling is on the roadmap for 2026-Q4. At v1, the client dashboard shows macup branding but your contact details in the support / contact surfaces. Full white-label is planned for early 2027.
How does license reassignment work across tenants?
Licenses are owned at the MSP level, assigned to tenant orgs, then to devices within each org. When a device is decommissioned, the license reassigns within its tenant. If you move a client off your books, licenses either transfer with them or return to your pool — your choice per contract.
What about PSA / RMM integration?
ConnectWise PSA and Autotask integration is on the roadmap for 2026-Q4 (ticket sync for backup alerts + automated device registration from RMM inventory). Kaseya and Halo are next. Email partnerships@macup.app if you need a specific integration to sign.
Are there contract minimums?
No annual lock-in at launch. Month-to-month with 30-day notice. Volume commitments unlock better pricing — ask on the partnership call.
