About the affiliate program.
How much can I earn?
30% of the first 12 months, 15% for the life of the customer after that. A single referral to a $20/mo plan earns about $72 the first year, then ~$36/year every year they stay.
When do I get paid?
Monthly, via PayPal or bank transfer. $50 minimum — balances roll over until you cross it.
Do refunds claw back my commission?
Yes — commissions on refunded months are reversed. Nobody likes it. It's how every honest program works.
Can I see who signed up through my link?
You see aggregate numbers: clicks, trials, conversions, MRR. You don't see customer identities. That's a privacy promise to them, not a convenience for us.
Can MSPs be affiliates?
Yes. If you'd rather resell than refer, that's a different conversation — email sales@macup.app. Many MSPs start as affiliates while they evaluate.
What's the tracking window?
60 days. If someone clicks your link today and signs up eight weeks from now, it still counts.
Do you support sub-affiliates or two-tier programs?
