How much is the discount?
We're finalising the schedule before launch. The current arrangement: a meaningful percentage off every plan, applied for the lifetime of the subscription. Email us with your eligibility proof and we'll quote you exactly. No haggling — the rate is the rate.
Does it apply to existing customers too?
Yes. Verify after you've already started a subscription and we credit your account back to the start of the cycle.
What proof do you need?
US — TechSoup membership, or your IRS 501(c)(3) determination letter. UK — Charity Commission, OSCR, or CCNI registration. EU and rest of world — your national charity register entry. Fiscally sponsored projects: parent org's verification plus a one-line confirmation from a parent-org admin. Unincorporated but doing the work? Write to us anyway.
Does the discount apply to BYOS as well as macup Cloud?
Yes. Both tracks. The per-device licence is what's discounted; if you bring your own storage you still pay your storage vendor directly at their normal rate.
What if the org grows and we add more devices?
Discounts apply for the life of the subscription. New devices added to an existing subscription get the same discounted rate as long as the verification is still valid at renewal.
Can the discount stack with annual billing?
Yes. Annual saves 20% across the board; the non-profit discount applies on top of the annual price.
